The voice file could ask the recipient to respond by keying in various numbers on their telephone. For example, 1 for confirmation of receipt, and 2 for 'yes, I'd like to order tickets for Saturday's game'. IVR can provide more touch-tone options, such as entering credit card details to finalise an order.
